- ABOUT THIS LABEL -

Presented as a Shakespearean tragedy, Sibyl Spirit Chronicles encompasses the lives of 4 elemental spirits—Sibyls—and the cruel fate that they ultimately face at the end of each of their own stories. Each set of characters are the descendants, or "reincarnations" of the same spirits, with general themes shared amongst each element.

We recommend this Label if you like reading extremely dark tragedies, and somewhat self-contained stories with overarching universe rules.

Sibyl's stories are ordered by game version, but the actual stories are not presented chronologically. This is the recommended reading order. Notes will be included for any outliers, or anything worth knowing.

The Label's music is special in that all of its composers are non-Japanese, and all song jackets are wholly unique artworks. All songs names are formatted the same; with two kanji, followed by an English title.

Characters with [TBA] next to their name do not currently have full translations and will be added with future updates.

⚠️Sibyl Spirit Chronicles is a Label with extremely heavy subject matter. Due to the nature of the story as a whole, a broad list of content warnings is listed below rather than on individual character pages. Please read the content warnings and proceed with caution if you're sensitive to any of these themes.

The JP wiki also advises serious caution, and states the level of violence and upsetting content is incomparable to any of the other Labels.

It's worth noting that all characters in Sibyl are female, which may make some uncomfortable—albeit male characters in their stories also face similar fates. All subject matter presented is taken seriously and these stories do not "glorify" or justify them in any capacity.
